Did Harris and Sons Windows  mislead people using the Trustatrader name and logo ?

 Double glazed upvc windows and cladding fitted by Harris and Sons Windows of Sutton in Ashfield.
Advertise as a trusted installer covering Nottinghamshire,Derbyshire and the East Midland installing windows composite doors and conservatories.
They require a 50% deposit upfont  and you are advised of a start date once you hand over the 50% deposit you are commited.
The start date for fitting my windows and cladding got put back almost two months with no update till the week before the start date.
If you are happy paying a 50% deposit insist on paying with your credit card at least you will have some protection should anything go wrong.
I made the mistake of doing a bank transfer for the deposit (£10300)  once work started i realised that was a big mistake
